Dr. Oluwaremilekun Ojeriakhi
Jazai healthcare Services is led by Dr. Oluwaremilekun Ojeriakhi, an Executive Director with a deep, multifaceted background in healthcare and management. Dr. Ojeriakhi’s journey in the field began as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where they learned firsthand the importance of compassionate, client-centered care. Over the years, they have worked in various roles, including Community Case Manager (CCS), Program Coordinator, quality Assurance manager, and Director, accumulating a wealth of experience and a nuanced understanding of every aspect of service delivery. This career progression demonstrates a deep commitment to the individuals EverCare serves and a profound expertise in the field of developmental disabilities.
Dr. Ojeriakhi holds an MBA, Masters in Management and Leadership and Masters of Public Health from the renowned Johns Hopkins University, as well as specialized certifications in Quality of Care, Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CHPQ), and various other high-level certifications. These qualifications are complemented by a track record of research publications focusing on quality of care and medication error reduction (Link to publications), areas that are critical to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Her research contributions have significantly impacted the field, with published studies on quality of care and medical error reduction in leading journals, such as Journal of Healthcare Quality and The American Journal of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. These studies continue to shape both industry policy and best practices, positioning EverCare as a thought leader in the developmental disabilities sector.
