  • Door-to-Door Service: Participants are provided door-to-door transportation, ensuring assistance from their home to their destination and back.

Staff Training Requirements

Our transportation staff must meet the following criteria:

  • Complete a criminal background check.
  • Hold First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Complete DDA training to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Obtain MANDT Certification to address behavioral health concerns.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain auto insurance.

Ongoing Training

Transportation staff undergo regular training to stay up-to-date on best practices in safety, disability awareness, and customer service. They also participate in continuing education on specific mobility assistance techniques and emergency protocols.
