Jazai offers comprehensive Employment Services to individuals interested in gaining or maintaining employment, providing the necessary support to achieve career success and personal satisfaction. Our goal is to empower individuals to achieve independence and financial self-sufficiency.

Staff Training Requirements
Staff providing Employment Services will meet the following training criteria:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR and CMT (Certified Medication Technician).
- Completed MANDT Certification for behavior support training.
- DDA training, including specialized training in vocational development and job coaching techniques.
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance, as needed for transportation to job sites.
Ongoing Training
We maintain a focus on staff development to ensure that our team is knowledgeable about the latest trends and best practices in employment services. Regular refresher courses and skill-building workshops are conducted.
