Staff Training Requirements
To effectively support individuals in community settings, Jazai ensures that all CDS staff meet specific qualifications and training standards, including:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Hold First Aid and CPR
- Have the necessary DDA certifications, including ongoing training in MANDT and other relevant skills.
- Complete all required training related to the Person-Centered Plan and community-based services.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance for transportation support when needed.
Ongoing Training
We provide ongoing professional development and training to staff to ensure they remain up-to-date with industry standards and best practices. All training records are meticulously documented and reviewed.
